This is the "Parcoursup" of water tourism. The Regional Health Agency (ARS) has published its ranking of the "quality of regulated bathing water," meaning in natural environments (lakes and rivers). The score is based on an average of the last four years. This ranking, therefore, does not predict the water quality for the coming summer. It provides a trend.
Good news for the Grand Est region: of the 73 natural swimming areas, 84% have been awarded the "excellent quality" rating (three stars). Six are also rated "good quality"...
